What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards in the store (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), money orders and checks. Online, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For larger orders, please contact us if you’re interested in other payment options.

How is my order delivered?
The majority of our orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Larger orders may be shipped through another carrier.

How soon will I receive my order?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. However, product availability or demand may cause an order to ship outside of that time period. Contact Us, and we’ll do our best to meet your shipping needs.

What is your return policy?
We value all of our customers and we want you to be confident in your purchase. As a result, we make it easy for you to return any item.

When you receive your order, please be sure to inspect all products for damage or discrepancies. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply contact Us to request an RMA and return your product and receive a refund or a replacement item. No refunds will be allowed without an RMA request.

Defective items returned within 30 days of the original order date will be refunded in full or replaced free of charge. For returns or refusals within 30-days of the original order date, for any other reason than damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for shipping the items to Holiday Automation. The full order amount will be refunded, less an 18 percent restocking fee to cover shipping costs to the original destination address.

All sales are final after 30 days from original order date.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Absolutely! However, additional shipping charges will apply.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. However, feel free to contact Us and we’ll do our best to meet your shipping needs.

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies based on the quantity and size of your order. Shipping is calculated during checkout. Any other order size or combination can be determined at checkout.
